How engagements are priced
Industrial hiring support is scoped by role seniority, number of openings, and whether we work on site. Figures below are guidance — final quotes follow discovery.
Plant Hiring Engagement
From €3,800 per role family
Covers briefing, role profile, sourcing window, screening, shortlist, and two-week post-placement check-in. Multi-seat openings for the same role family are quoted together. Senior or scarce trades (e.g. maintenance electricians) sit toward the upper end of the range.
Role Profiling for Shop Floors
€900 – €1,600 per role family
Fixed fee depending on complexity of machine parks and whether an on-site workshop is included. Deliverable is a written profile ready for ads and screening scorecards.
Skilled Trades Sourcing
Quote after discovery
Priced by trade scarcity, geography, and urgency. We share an estimate after reviewing your current ad response and certification requirements — not a one-line online price.
Apprentice & Trainee Pipeline
Seasonal package from €2,200
Aligned to school-year cycles. Includes school outreach framing, open-day messaging support, and screening structure for Auszubildende candidates. Retainer options available for multi-year intake planning.
Plant Visit Assessment
Day rate from €750 + travel
Half-day on site within central Germany plus a written briefing on hiring readiness. Travel outside the usual corridor is itemised in the quote.
